Giving Back: The Alphaleo Incubation Centre
In 2025, Alphaleo took a decisive step to extend its impact beyond boardrooms and into the classrooms of our founder’s alma mater. The Alphaleo Incubation Centre at P.D.A. College of Engineering, Kalaburagi, is a stateoftheart hub designed to nurture the next generation of tech leaders where our story began. More than an incubation space, it is a launchpad for ideas, careers, and confidence.
The centre’s mission is simple and powerful: hire, train, and enable local talent. Through handson workshops, mentorship, and realworld projects in Salesforce, Databricks, and AI, students transform theoretical learning into industryready skills. In its early cohorts, the program has trained interns and transitioned many into fulltime Alphaleo roles, actively bridging the urban–rural tech divide in the Kalyana Karnataka region.
This initiative reflects a belief that innovation should be inclusive and rooted in community. By partnering with the college’s ecosystem, Alphaleo is building a resilient pipeline of diverse talent that can compete globally while staying deeply connected to Kalaburagi.
Our Founder’s Vision: Roots of Resilience
At the heart of this initiative is founder and CEO Chandan Miskin, a proud P.D.A. College of Engineering alumnus who built a global tech career before returning to give back. Having seen how opportunity can transform lives, he created Alphaleo in 2022 with a vision to combine professional excellence with social impact and regional empowerment. The incubation centre is a tangible expression of that vision—using technology, mentorship, and real work experience to help young minds in Kalaburagi innovate, lead, and succeed on their own terms.
